Drop Coffee Roasters

Founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 2009 as Mariatorget's coffee bar, Drop Coffee focuses on serving delicious coffee. We started roasting our own coffee in the back of the store on a 1kg roaster in 2010. We started roasting for wholesale customers in 2012 when we moved to a real monastery with a 50 pound roaster. We recently moved our monastery to Rosersberg, north of Stockholm. As of June 2018, our monastery is certified organic.

Joanna Alm, managing director of Drop Coffee, is a three-time Swedish coffee roasting champion who has ranked second in the world, and she is also the author of the book Manifest För Bättre Kaffe.
