This is the third year Drop Coffee Roasters has purchased coffee from Israel Degfa, but the first time they have consumed a natural processed coffee from one of his farms. Ana Sora's coffee means a lot of time and energy working on the farm gate in Ethiopia. Not only that, but this coffee is the only one we have ever purchased from a private estate in Ethiopia.
