Hunkute is a very special coffee for Drop Coffee. They have been buying it since 2011 and it is an important building block in their portfolio. The coffee is delicate and pretty, and there is no coffee like this. Ethiopian coffee in general is special with its floral, tea-like flavor profiles, rural, beautiful country and strong coffee culture. Hunkute is located in the Dalle region of Sidama and consists of two washing stations where the coffee is processed. After many years we have managed to separate this and buy the coffee from Hunkute Site 2, which is located at 2150 meters
