They carefully select batches that confirm specialty coffee standards. This means only ripe cherries are hand-picked and batches can be easily tracked from origin to your coffee cup.

Bogdan Georgescu is our National Champion and World Roasting Vice Champion. He is a perfectionist, so he tests each batch of coffee with multiple roasting profiles for consistent quality.
Then cupping to identify and highlight the developed notes. And yes, he drinks a lot of coffee.
