We have another Wush Wush in the shop, this time from Manhattan Coffee Roasters from Finca Martin in Ecuador!
The master growers at Finca Martin have been involved in growing mountain coffee all their lives and have proven cultivation techniques. These are combined with the principles and resources of modern and indigenous organic agriculture to support the highest quality of care for the land, plants, farmers and community.
This washed Wush Wush first goes through a double fermentation, 80 as a full cherry, followed by 60 hours of grinding. The coffee is then washed and dried for 26 days until the desired moisture content is reached.
In the cup you will find notes of grapes, black tea and candied lemon!
