The Uwu #03 originates from the Tuang Processing Centre, a location that Catur consistently regards as a "staple" in their selection for various competitions, ranging from the Indonesian Barista Championship to the World Barista Championship. Cultivated at elevations between 1400 and 1700 meters above sea level, this coffee is an anaerobic natural product sourced from small-holder farms in Uwu, situated in Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara.
Made of Catuai and Kartika varietals, this yeast-fermented coffee presents a profile rich with tropical fruit, spices, and a distinctive heavy funk—characteristics that align seamlessly with the bold and unique qualities consistently found in Catur's unconventional Indonesian lots.
