Mió is a coffee plantation in Monte Santo de Minas, Brazil. The farm covers a total of 1,589 hectares. A third of the land is used for coffee processing and grinding facilities, some pastures and the planting of eucalyptus trees, home to some beautiful bees. The rest of the land is evenly divided between the coffee plants and the native forest reserve. Since there is an abundance of spring water on the property, one of Mió's responsibilities is not only to maintain water flow, but also to improve water quality.
