Hier könnt ihr frisch gebackenes Sauerteigbrot von unseren Standort in Wieblingen vorbestellen, und ich werde das Brot persönlich zu euch liefern:
📅 Liefertermine: Immer Mittwochs ab 14 Uhr.
🗒️ Bestellbar bis 10 Uhr am Abholtag.
- Store at room temperature, not in the refrigerator (the refrigerator makes bread go stale faster).
- Store in a paper bag or wrapped in a clean kitchen towel.
- For extra protection, place the paper bag in a loosely sealed plastic bag (prevents the crust from becoming too hard without creating too much moisture).
- If the bread is cut, place it cut-side down on a wooden board or plate.
- This keeps the moisture inside and the crumb nice and soft.
